new folder option not appearing
i cant create new folders beacuse the option is not there any more on the website... i use a macbook pro does anyone knows whats going on???

Go figure. I enlarged the window and the New Folder option magically appeared.

I'm glad that you found out why the "New Folder" option wasn't originally in-view on your device.
It's always best to maximize your browser window so that you can view a website's complete contents.

This didn't work for me. I have one dropbox account where it is fine and another where it isn't.

Hi craiglandarchLA, the website has changed since that image, now there should be an ellipsis on the right when you click the folder, like so:
From there, you can download the folder to your machine. Hope this helps!
