The Dropbox app doesn't show the same shared files between colleagues.
Hello everyone,
in my Dropbox account I do have an Excel file shared with my colleagues: I can view/edit normally on Dropbox app with the same my account logged in, my colleagues can view/edit the file on Dropbox through the PC but the problem is they cannot see the same file AT ALL on their Dropbox app with theirs same acounts logged in. Is anybody having the same issue or had the same issue and solved it?
Many thanks in advance!

They cannot see any file on their app like there is no file, but once they log in through PC they can normally see it, that's the problem, The file is on my Dropbox account (and visibile on my app too) and shared to them, but on their Dropbox app they see nothing really.
Let me me know ypir thoughts. Thank you in advance!

Hey Matteo23B!
Have you asked them to make sure that they're app is open, and syncing correctly?
Maybe it's best for them to contact us, in order for us to troubleshoot further with them just so you can avoid the back and forth, and so they can send us a few screenshots of what they see. Additionally, feel free to share this article with them, in order to clarify their syncing status.
As mentioned earlier, have they checked the file for any invalid characters too?

Hi there Matteo23B let's jump right into this!
When you visit your account online, are you able to see both the changes you make and also what they edit on their end?
Also, do you share one Dropbox account, or do you each have your own?
Also, would you mind clarifying the app's current version that you're using along with its syncing status?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
Not instantaneously, but yes I can see the changes made through PC by the other shared users.
Each one has its own Dropbox account.
App version 410.2.2
Let me know, many thanks!

Hey Matteo23B, happy Monday, thanks for the info!
And when they check their Dropbox account online, can they see any new changes that you made along with their additions?
I'm asking, because if they can see the updates you make when visiting their account online, then this might indicate a syncing issue with their app.
Is it possible that the files have any invalid characters, that would stop them from syncing locally to their devices?
