The Dropbox app on my Mac computer is not syncing

I'm on a desktop Mac.  Got a new iPhone today and had to enable 2FA.  Since I did that, my Dropbox is not syncing on my desktop. It says it's Syncing but it's not spinning and nothing is happening....
