Everytime I download the new app, it runs normally, but after few days, the error happens again. Same this time. I will wait and see what will happen in the following days.

Hi,
I re-download the app, and set most of the folder online only, now the same error is not showing again (at least currently...)
The screenshot is same as I shared before, hopefully it would not exist again..

I am having this issue as well. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, was able to force it to resync by marking for offline availablility on each folder then each file individually (wouldn't process when selected as a group and wouldn't inherit folder settings). No option to sync manually, no indication what the error is or how to resolve it, just a half grey message saying basically "Sorry, our product doesn't work," followed by "care to upgrade?" in the app.
