Unable to access folder via link
Hi,
I’ve been sent a link to access a shared folder. 22 others can access it but the folder isn’t showing on my Dropbox when I click the link.

Are you just trying to view the link on the Dropbox website or are you trying to save the content to your own Dropbox?
