Unable to remove user from shared folder.

Hello,

I have a user that I'm trying to remove but can't.

The email address that is associated has a # at the end.

Thank you.

  • Hey JLP4, at the moment, and since the user has deleted their own Dropbox account, you can't delete remove them off of the shared folder.

I'll forward your feedback on this to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.

Hi JLP4, how are you today?

Is the user that you're trying to delete, the third one shown in the screenshot? If so, it seems they have deleted their Dropbox account, which would explain why you might be having trouble with it.

Can you double check with them, and ask if that's the case?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.

      Hi Megan,

      I'm doing fine.

How would I remove them?  They are no longer part of our group.
