Why don't I see the latest file across 2 computers
I'm sure this is a newbie question, but I have a paid Dropbox plan that I really only use across 2 computers - a PC at home and a Mac at work.
I opened and updated a file yesterday at home - saved to Dropbox and closed it. Today I'm on the office Mac and the file is showing as last updated a week ago. But I updated it yesterday. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Hey GoTheBunnies, sorry to jump in here.
When you get to your home computer, make sure to hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your system tray, to check the sync status of the app, to see if it's "up to date" or still syncing.

Hey GoTheBunnies, sorry to hear about your syncing issue.
Are you able to see the updates when you log into your account from a web browser on both devices?
Did you make sure that the desktop app is 'up to date' and not still syncing in your menu bar/system tray?
Let us know when you get the chance and we'll take it from there.

Thanks Walter - when I check the web browser today the file is showing as last updated on 22 June (but I updated it yesterday). It appears to be syncing ok on the home computer where I saved it, but I'll check again when I get home
