20 GB not showing on my Dropbox account
I got extra 20GB space from N26 Bank. I can see them on my settings. Yet Dropbox does not see them as storage space to be synchronized, it only counts the 3,88 GB that I got long ago by telling frien...

What does www.dropbox.com/account/plan show?
Please also remember that the N26 promo space is limited to 12 months, so, it may have expired now.

Oh, thank you, Mark. Very conveniently, they took care that I wouldn’t notice that the promotion was not permanent. They do not give much for free… 🙄

I recently found out that a person could have 2 DropBox accounts. Since I volunteer for a group of retired principals, I thought that it would be a good idea to have one separate from my personal account. When I did this, (removed per the Community's Guidelines), the new account (hotmail) had all of my personal files in it. Not only that, but while I previously had 7.5 GB of storage in my personal account (through referrals), both accounts now show only 2Gb each. I would appreciate it if the 7.5 could be restored even if I need to lose one of the accounts. If I do lose the second (hotmail) account, do I need to back up all of these files first onto a hard drive?
Thank you for your help.

Hey dwhamilton, sorry to hear about this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the plan tab of both of your accounts?
This will help us assist further.

The hotmail account now show 0 folders. This is good ... what it should be. I think it was waiting for me to verify the account ... for a long time since I rarely use the hotmail account. So that is cleared up, I think.
The gmail account shows "using 7.7 of 7.75 GB" in one part (see attached screenshots) and "using 7.7 of 2.000 GB" in another.

dwhamilton - if it says you are using that have you looked at www.dropbox.com/home for files? What about www.dropbox.com/backups
