Can't Display Size of Folder(s)

Tried to follow instructions in "To view the size of a folder on dropbox.com," but cannot get past step 3:

Which ellipsis?

Never see a "Calculate size" button.

Please help!

  • Hi jclarkw, thanks for messaging the Community.

If you want to sort by size, make sure that you've enabled the Size column, and then click this ellipsis on the right.

Thanks, Jay -- That worked fine.  My problem was that the instructions say:

      4. Click "..." (ellipsis) above the file list."

Calculate Size is NOT an option. Why can't it just show under Folder Info?

It is an option. Make sure you have the Size column visible, then select the folder and Calculate Size will be one of the options under the ellipsis (three dots) menu.
