Dropbox referral ineligible

I referred a friend and they created an account and installed the app as a result. Now DB is saying that my referral is ineligible all of sudden. Why not say this at the time of referral? How do I ge...

Hi Queen444, It's a good idea to review the terms and conditions of the referral program on the Dropbox website to understand why a referral might be ineligible.

If this doesn't work for you, I suggest, as Rich mentioned above, contacting Dropbox support for clarification on this issue.
