Hi Rich,
Thanks for jumping into the thread. I did some thinking, and I think that I came up with a solution for the issue...well, kinda. I discovered what is going on. I took a look at my local Dbox folder that is on the H/D of my computer. Unlike the Dbox page, I went into it and was able to see the file sizes of all the folders, etc. (This online page really puts the user at a disadvantage b/c it isn't intuitive and doesn't allow you to see what you need to see without really digging into it...seems like the devs are are trying to frustrate the user into upgrading to a plan that costs money because they can't get the necessary information about their memory usage in order to troubleshoot.) Any way, I discovered that the culprit was my Apps folder. It is the drain on the memory allocation. So I am determining what I can delete and what I can't. Hopefully this will get me to where I need to be.
Hey Mark,
I hit the 3 dots by that folder and clicked "remove me". That's when it disappeared from the share screen. But it looks as though that shared folder is still apart of the amount of memory used up. Please advise. Thanks so much for your help!
It shouldnt be, but, it can take a few hours to update if you are on certain account plans :)
