Dropbox shows I'm over-quota, even though I'm not

I have a basic plan with 8.3 GO.

I have a message that says that my Dropbox is full. However, when a check my folders on my computer, I am supposed to use 1,7 GO and all my files are synced. So, I don't have files on web version that are not on my computer.

So, my question is why is there a difference between my storage on my computer and on the web version?
