Dropbox taking up 57GB disk space even when set to 'online only', unable to change

Hi,

My dropbox setting is set to Online Only but it still takes up 57GB of disk space. Also, the files don't show any of the syncing icons next to them. This is really affecting my PC usage. I'm on Windows 10. Screenshots are attached. Thank you!!

Hi aditideshpande, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are all your files marked as online-only?

As you're not seeing the sync icons, is the Dropbox desktop application currently running and syncing normally? Do you have other cloud services running of the same machine?

Could you also try checking the cache folder?

This will help me to assist further!
