I deleted personal and shared files but my account still reports to be full
I have deleted all personal and shared files, my account is empty but it is not recognized as such how do I reset the memory?

Check your Backups page to see if you have any backups taking up space. If you don't, then wait a few hours for Dropbox to recalculate your space.
