I get notifications to upgrade my dropbox because it is full, but i see that i have space

I am not sure how to see the utilization of my 3TB? it shows that I am only utilizing 72MB, but i get notifications that I am exceeding the capacity!!

    If everything looks alright there, and you've also checked Mark's suggestion, can you send me a screenshot of the notifications you keep getting? I can have a look, as well.

    Two things to check 🙂

     

    Are you sure its Dropbox giving that message and not your computer hard drive? 

     

    Secondly check to see if you've accidentally set up backups: www.dropbox.com/backups which also use quota
