I wasn't able to redeem the Lenovo promotion

I got lenovo laptop last month. I logged to dropbox app from it and I didnt gifted by 100 gb even i was the first user, why??

    The Offer is not available in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or the region of Crimea, or any other countries where the Dropbox Service is not available, restricted by law, or subject to tax.

    So maybe u log in from one of those countries.

      Hi, same boat here. Unable to redeem the same offer with my new Lenovo and unable to find how to reach out to customer service about it. I am in the USA, so not in the previously mentioned countries where the promotion does not apply.
