I'm part of a Family plan, but other users can't upload files to my folder due to insufficient space

You and any members of the family account have access to 2TB, but if you just share a folder with someone that isn't a member of the family account, then they are still limited to the 2GB in their own account.

Are all of the users that have trouble uploading to your shared folder part of the Family plan? If you’re the Family Manager, you can double check this via the Family tab of your web account settings. Otherwise, you can ask your Family plan’s Manager to confirm this on their end.
If they are part of your Family plan, you can all use the 2TB of space offered to add files to the account (so they shouldn't be seeing this error).
If they’re not part of it though (which sounds like the case here), they’ll need to have enough Dropbox space on their end to upload files to your folder (keep in mind that these files will also be saved on their own account, which is why sufficient space is required).
In the latter scenario, you can resolve the issue by opening a file request for them, which won’t affect their Dropbox storage.
