Hi everyone,
I want to invite some friends through the option: Refer a friend, but when I add an email it comes up with the error: You've sent too many referral emails. Please contact support for assistance.
I used that option many years ago and I only received 500MB. Why I cannot use it anymore?
Thank you in advance!

Hey frosoc, happy Monday!
I just sent you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this.
I'll see you there. Enjoy!

I am facing the same issue as well, could you please look into it? I've a website where people can register. I just wanted to send them an invite but after a few hundred invites I started to get an error. You've sent too many referral emails. Please contact support for assistance.

Hey IMExperts, welcome to our Community!
Could you let me know how many referrals you’ve sent out to friends and family in total?
The reason I ask is because, users can send up to 32 referrals to users in total, and if you exceed this limit, you won’t be able to send any more referrals.
Let me know if this is the case or not & I’ll try my best to further advise from there.
