Hello. As far as I can tell, my dropbox account storage is completely empty, yet is shows 0.88GB used. I have checked shared folders, deleted folder, etc and all show empty. Can someone help me troubleshoot this?

Have you checked your Backups page, and there’s no backup that could be taking up space from your Dropbox account?

@nancy you're a boss! There was a partially deleted backup hiding in the deleted backups folder. Forever in your debt.
