Hey Inkyj, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community!
You should be able to see all the files saved in your account, in your 'all files' page.
If you don't see any files there, please make sure that you've signed into the correct Dropbox account.
The email address used on the account you're currently signed into, could be different to the one used to access the (shared) folder you mentioned.
Let me know what you find.

All files has nothing in it. Shared has a File with size in red 6 GB, shared on 4/12/14. Under the red 6 GB it says in small black "Not enough space to access folder". There is absolutely nothing anywhere else except "Recents" which has one document we created in 2014.

Hi Inkyj, if you have a Dropbox Basic plan, which has 2 GB of quota, and you're trying to add a shared folder which has more than your quota, then it wouldn't be possible to do so.
Could you confirm your current quota from this page on your account? A screenshot of this would be great!

Yes, 2 BG, basic. I am clear on all that. I need to know how to see wht is in the shared folder and where it came from or if it is all our "lost" files from 2014. Do I upgrade on a trial basis?
