Stop asking me to upgrade! I've removed content from my local Dropbox folder.

I keep getting messages about storage

I have removed files from the dropbox folder on my local machine.

Well < 2GB

Yet when I go online I can see on lt the same files, but and told I am using 9.4GB.

Are you just trying to get me back on a paid subscription? Why are changes made on my  local machine not reflecting online.

I introcued many user to Dropbox and was rewarded for thia many years ago, did you also just remove my "earned space" reward?

Hey SCPrint, welcome to our Community!

If you removed your content locally, but can still see it when you visit your account online, that could probably indicate that the app hasn't synced your changes.

Can you check the app's current syncing status, and let me know what you find?

Also, please let me know more as to what your plan page reports.  This link www.dropbox.com/referral_status will help with the referrals as well.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
