Hey avstudio1! Hope you’re doing well.
Since you’re using a Windows device, you may be able to use the Dropbox Paper desktop app on it, to access your Paper docs locally (this isn’t possible on Linux devices, for the time being at least). However, as mentioned here, this is currently in beta, so the app isn’t available to everyone yet.
Let me know, if you need something else though.
