Alphabet navigation on ipad disappeared

The alphabet navigation disappeared on our ipad os version 16.7.2, dropbox version 362.7.  We rely on that to navigate the numerous files we have.  How do I get it back?

Thanks for letting us know about this, TroyP.

 

Can you tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache", to see if that helps?

 

If not, make sure to uninstall/reinstall the app as well and let me know how it goes.

    I cleared the cache, restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck.

        The first photo shows what we have and the second shows where the alphabet navigation was.
