chat doesn't work
Hello, the support chat doesn't work on my webbrowser either on chrome than in firefox. Is it a known bug ? Thank you Best regards

Hi Sylvain255, just to clarify: were you able to resolve your issue, and chat with our Support team?
If you have an extension that's preventing you from accessing our chat, can you try an incognito tab on your current browser?

Simply by navigating to your account's plan tab.
Are you getting any specific errors when trying to chat with our support team by the way Sylvain255?

I saw that this is blocked by Malwarebytes Bowser Guard extension, I signaled it to them
