chat doesn't work
Hello, the support chat doesn't work on my webbrowser either on chrome than in firefox. Is it a known bug ? Thank you Best regards

Hi Sylvain255, just to clarify: were you able to resolve your issue, and chat with our Support team?
If you have an extension that's preventing you from accessing our chat, can you try an incognito tab on your current browser?

they said to me that there is a tracker in the button and it is why it is blocked

Hi Sylvain255, most likely the chat has some feature in it in order to possibly continue the chat if you leave the window.
