Desktop app on Windows displaying "Welcome to Dropbox " upon login for each user

Am using Windows PC with multiusers and am the only one user of Dropbox.

Recently, when other users log in, "Welcome to Dropbox" dialog is displayed every time.  I got so many claims from them.

I consulted with Dropbox support but was told it cannot be deleted.

In result, I may have to change to other cloud services.
