I was able to solve the problem. I had to open the registry editor on my computer.

I believe so. I don't have everything from our organization on the desktop app but my box icon does not show there are syncing issues

Hey hshupe16, sorry to jump in here!
Would you mind temporarily disabling OneDrive, then closing the Dropbox app and reopening it, to see if that makes a difference?
