Dropbox stopped working on iPad, deleted and reinstalled, will not login.

On my iPad, I could not sign in to dropbox and use it as I have been for the last several years. I kept getting a spinning circle telling me it was trying to sign out. I close the app, then reopened ...

    I'm entering my email and password manually.

    I'm sorry to have wasted everyone's time, as it turns out it was a problem with my password program. I fixed it and can login.

The App Store stated it was compatible with the iPad before I installed it.

It should work....

 

Have you tried to delete the app, reboot and press and hold the side buttons till Apple icon appears and then reinstall?

      Hey Rob S.47 - could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

       

      Also, what is the exact OS version of your iPad? Have you made sure that you're not hitting your account's device limit if you're on the Basic plan?

        I checked my devices, only 2 active now, this should be the third.

        iPadOS 12.8.2
