I have two Dropbox folders on my Windows machine
I somehow have Dropbox in two locations
C\Users\Doug\Dropbox (190GB - 302456 files - 22,746 folders) AND
D\Dropbox (2.73GB - 290 files - 18 folders)

The D drive is the one that shows the sync icon. So, can I just cut and paste the folders from the C drive to the D drive, then delete the Dropbox folder on the C drive?

Before we do that, are you certain that these are from the same Dropbox account, or did you have another Dropbox account under a different email address which could've been syncing to the old Dropbox folder?
Do you see any events or deleted files on the site, in order to restore the files if they were deleted?
