Thank you Walter for your reply.
I’m using Windows 11 pro and the security software is Windows Defender. I’ve been installing it with admin privileges. Every time the app disappears, I install the new beta build and it’s working. The issue is after few days, the problem still occurs.

3 months agoI see, thanks for the additional info Yohann17 - much appreciated.
Have you taken a look at this Help Center article yet? You can try the steps outlined there apart from the uninstall/reinstall process since you've already done that.
If disabling the Windows Defender and all other 3rd party apps that might be causing issues doesn't make a difference, please let us know and we'll reach out via email to investigate further.

Hi Walter ,
Unfortunately, the issue still the same. Dropbox suddenly disappear. What are the other solutions you can propose me?

Hey Yohann17, can you try a more advanced reinstall of the app using these steps, to see if that helps?
