New device

With a limit of 3 devices on my plan, how do I handle updating one device (iPad Pro)?  Do I need to eliminate one device (old iPad) before moving my data across to the new device, leaving two, or will Dropbox let me open the app on the new device and then tell me to eliminate one device?

You'll need to remove one device from your account before you're able to link a new device.
