Online-only settings not available under my app's preferences. What can I do?

Syncing status says "Everything is up to date" - no other notifications

Is there any chance that, while installing the Dropbox app on your computer, you didn’t install it with admin privileges?
If you’re not sure, can you remove it from your device with these steps and reinstall it this way?
