The desktop app randomly crashes on my Mac since yesterday.
hello
For the past few hours, the dropbox desktop application has been shutting down unexpectedly. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work.

Hello, thank you for responding
it is iOS Big Sur ( actually my MacBook Pro can be updated more but it works until yesterday midday ). As I have delete and reinstall the Dropbox app, I suppose it is the last version because we only can uploaded one. The point I must say, is that yesterday morning, my mac had a problem : Instead of starting, it presented a file with a question mark in it. But then I was able to get it to restart normally. However, I believe that it was from that moment that the Dropbox app no longer wanted to open.

Hey flornece! Do you see any errors now when the Dropbox app crashes? Or is it that the Dropbox icon randomly disappears each time?
If you see again the file with the question mark, feel free to send me a screenshot of it and I’ll take a look.

Hello Nancy, the question mark didn't appear again and the macbook works normally. But, the dropbox app doesn't work. it does like the attached capture then comes the message of the second capture: the application has quit. In fact it quits before even finishing launching.
