Version 378.1.2 running on Android 9. The app will not launch. Thoughts?
Hi Version 378.1.2 running on Android 9, phone is an Honor Play COR-L29 The app will not launch... any ideas? Are others experiencing issues? Andy

It might sound trivial, but have you tried uninstalling the app temporarily?
Once you do that, please re-start your phone, and then install it again. If you notice the same behavior then, please let me know.

Thanks, I will give that a try, I'm abroad at the moment so I'll have to find a café with decent Wi-Fi to do it. I will let you know though.
