Deleting a Signature Request
How do I delete a signature request that is still pending and no has signed the document? I already deleted the uploaded document but it still shows the signature requests as pending. The ellipsis ...

Could you confirm that you're trying to Cancel the signature requewst while logged into the Dropbox Sign page?

I actually found a different way to delete the signature request by clicking on the emailed message to sign the document, and it sent me to a different page where the ellipsis provided a "cancel request" option.
However, when logging in to the Dropbox account and going to Pending Signature Requests, the ellipsis does not give you the "cancel request" option.

On another related note, after cancelling the signature request, the number of signatures allowed does not decrease. I am limited to 3 per month.

How many 'signatures allowed' do you have currently?
Could you attach a screenshot showing the options you get from the ellipsis?

I have the same issue that the original poster has - no ability to cancel a request for signature. I tried deleting the document from my files but that didn't cancel the signature request so it still shows that I have 1 pending signature. The original poster said they were able to go into the signature request email and cancel that way but I don't have the signature request email because I'm not the signer - it was emailed to someone else to sign.
I am in Dropbox Sign and when clicked the ellipses on the document in question, my only options are: download, preview, email reminder. There is no option to cancel document or cancel signature request.

Ok - I see what's happening. We can't go to our regular Dropbox account, to Signatures, and really manage any of the documents. When you asked the original poster if they were in Dropbox Sign, I thought I was. I didn't realize I have to log into app.hellosign.com specifically to be able to cancel/fully manage any signature documents. I have now been able to cancel the document.
Suggestion for Dropbox: I wish this easier with one portal for signature docs because when I'm in my Dropbox account, and I go to Signatures, I assume I'm accessing the signature documents in full. Or have the Signatures link in the Dropbox account redirect to app.hellosign.com until these two solutions are fully integrated.
