Dropbox for iOS giving “No internet connection” error message

My iPad is connected to the internet and I have zero problems with other apps.

Just to clarify, I don't mean to turn on Cellular Data, but the application specific setting. Similar to below, just check that Dropbox also have app-specific data acces.
But I'm sure the dropbox support staff will be able to help you out.

Out of curiosity, when do you get the error message? Is it when previewing specific files?
Could you also send us a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error message that you see?

When using Safari on iPad and iPhone I get that error message.
It is when I click on a credit card statement pdf produced by the credit card company that this happens.
I don't want to provide the image because the statement has a lot of confidential financial information on the image... I don't know how to get rid of that info.
