I've seen someone else have the same issue as me and posted a question on the 23rd Jan. Since the Dropbox Sign templates have been moved app.hello.sign.com the function "create template link" is no longer available on Business accounts. Seems absolutely bonkers that this is the case and so can Dropbox please look to reintroduce this functionality - especially for business accounts where this kind of thing is required frequently.

They would be better placed to assist you on this matter.
I've had the same issue...it looks like they've made this feature only available on premium accounts now. Clearly trying to increase revenue by removing a basic feature like hyperlinks and making it a premium feature. Very uncool move Dropbox!
