Based on your use case, 2 files seems like a way to go. Sorry that I can't think of any other/better way.

Thanks for your reply. But is there something we can do so that we can associate the video with the correct address file? Suppose we get 10 videos and 10 address file, and we are only using 5. How can we differentiate 100% which video belongs to which address. Thanks

You could use the naming convention feature to ensure that the sender's name is automatically included in the submitted files. But if your use case involves one sender submitting multiple videos and keys, that doesn't necessarily solve your problem. May be you could request submitters to manually follow a certain naming convention? You could also ask them to upload a zip file that contains a video file and a key text file. Does that help at all?
