Hi can anyone tell me (not tech savvy) why when i send a form to be filled and signed it wont allow me. Do I have to have a premium account to do this? I have the free standard account as I am just ...

So, from what I understand, you’re taking this action on www.dropbox.com and not https://app.hellosign.com/. Are you seeing the error message above right after clicking on the “Send for signature” option or later on?
Have you tested this on a different web browser or via incognito/private mode on your current browser?
