Linux panel icon "Launch Dropbox Website" opens the Signal application, and not a web browser.
I suppose if I want to see my Dropbox website, I'll have to do it manually.

You could try reinstalling the app without uninstalling it first from this link to see if this helps.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll try reinstalling.
Anyway I have just confirmed that this is an issue with Ubuntu 21.10.
I upgraded another computer which was opening the Dropbox site with no complaints and bingo, now it complains about "file not found".
