Signature service down?
Anyone else having problems with the Signature service? I choose a file for signature, the screen comes up saying that it is preparing the document, and then the page goes blank. I've tried multiple browsers and files, but get the same result

I have three friends who have Dropbox and use the e-signature, and we cannot send docs for signature. I can log in. I can edit documents for signature. But when I send it only tells me something went wrong. Try again later.
We tried rebooting, OS upgrade, and deleting Safari history/cookies.
We tried Chrome, deleting cookies.
We tried five different PCs and users with no luck.
It's been happening for the last ten days!
We love Dropbox and hate to switch. Help.

Hey Paperlesstundra, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify what plan you and your friends are on at the moment and send us a screenshot of the exact error you've been getting?

Hi jas_mi, welcome to our Community!
Based on the status page here, everything seems to be operating without an issue, and we didn't have any reports either.
Does this happen with a specific document? Since you get the same result on multiple browsers, can you send me a screenshot, in order for me to have visual too, please?

Not much to show other than the 'preparing document' page, which pops up for second and then the page goes completely white blank. I've tried multiple files, both PDF and Word. I get the same result with all files and with all browsers.
