Trouble creating Google Docs, sheets etc. after linking Dropbox and Google.
Hi!
I have successfully linked my google account with my dropbox account. But when i try to create a document or sheet it has the following error: Could not create destination folder.
Before this error occurred I created a google sheet, but 30 min. later I couldn't create either new docs or sheets.
In the settings the account is successfully linked to google account. My browser is Google chrome and it is logged in to the same google account as the one I have connected to
Why is that and how can i solve the problem?
I tried disconnecting google in settings under "app" and then connected to google again. That solved the problem.

Hey TrustNordisk, welcome to our Community!
I'm assuming that your Google account is using the same email as your Dropbox account, right? That's necessary in order to create Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides in Dropbox.
Have you tried an entirely different browser, just to see if you get the same results there? If not, would you mind giving it a go?
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan
Thank you. And yes that's correct.
I've tried in Safari and that didn't work either. I also just noticed that I can copy a google document, but I can't make a new one.

Hey TrustNordisk, thanks for the update.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting, so we can have a visual of the issue as well?
