Word isn't an option, just Word for the web.

WORD isn't an option just WORD for the web.  Why isn't it available?

I'd love to be able to help as much as possible, but I think I'd like some more info here.

Would you mind clarifying which platform you're using on your end? Also, if I'm guessing correctly it sounds like you're trying to open your Word files, using our website right?
