About using a free pattern for commercial use
hi everyone, can i use this pattern [removed per Community Guidelines] for commercial use or i need to subscribe on a plan!?

You'd have to ask the owner of the file. Dropbox is just the service that stores the file for the owner. Only the owner of the file can tell you of their intentions.

There's no way to find the owner with just the link. Go back to where you found the link and see who posted it, or who owns the site it was posted on, etc.
