Hi everyone. I've spent a while reading all the plans to upgrade to, but I don't really understand and would welcome some advice. I purely want to store images, but a lot! Somewhere around 10-20TB. It's just me, no other users, so can't work out which way to go on this. Can anyone advise?

I have questions on subscription refunds in the UK.
Hi folks, quick question. I need to claim a refund after a subscription to Essentials was activated after the months trial. I'm based in the UK. A couple of questions. EU customers can claim a refund up to 14 days after starting a plan. Is this the same for UK customers? I presume it is, even if we are not in the European Union anymore. Also, would the 14 day period go from the trail date start (15 Dec) or from when the subscription was activate and payment taken (today). One more point.... it stated when I took the trial, I would have up to the 11th of Jan to cancel. So I planned to cancel late on this date (today) as i presumed i'd have up until midnight, but payment was taken before the day ended. Anyway... Hi, I have to coordinate among 3 total family members the sharing of storage. Basically, we have iPhones and MacBooks. Our house was just destroyed by fire. I am looking for an efficient way to track our purchases for goods and services for eventual reimbursement by our insurance company. Example: I buy clothing, my wife buys a jacket, my daughter buys a sweater. Receipts of all of these separate purchases could be uploaded to various Dropbox folders so that we could track them by category and eventually put them into an accounting document for submission to the insurance company. What dropbox account would work the most efficiently and easily for this type of family coordination and sharing? Hello, This is my first time posting here, but I find myself desperate. I paid for Dropbox Plus in August 2024 and have receipts to show for it. I recently decided to do a trial upgrade to Dropbox Essentials because I was having syncing issues and wondered if that would help. It did not - the syncing issues were resolved, related to something else. Today I went in to cancel my Essentials Trial since I no longer need it. Rather than placing me back on my Dropbox Plus account, I was downgraded all the way to Basic, which is now telling me I am using 40,033% of my storage. My only option is to upgrade, but I have already paid for a Dropbox Plus account and do not want to pay again. Can anyone advise? Of course I cannot reach Dropbox directly, so I don't know how to get this resolved...but I really don't think I should have to pay Dropbox again when I've already paid for the service they revoked from me. Any insight would be most appreciated.
