Account not upgrading

 So, as you can see... make it make sense. I've upgraded to the plus, used over 2gb of storage and it's full when the plus subscription plan says 2TB of storage.   What do I do to resolve thi...

Hi,

 

I purchased it directly through the website.

I previously spoke to someone in the sales team and they suggested to clear the cache, I've done this already and just now to... problem is still there.
