Adding extra space to a professional account without upgrading to business

Personal/Professional Plan (1 User) vs. Business Plan (3 User): What if you are a Sole Trader Business?!

Everyone needs 4TB minimum now, that's a Mac Studio.

That's a small business use sorted, then there's personal storage as well like 1TB of music if you don't want to use the likes of Spotify & Apple Music (via iTunes). What about personal images and videos!? Add another 1TB. Now, if you are a business like I am as a Graphic Designer and Logo Designer with big needs, I need at least 5TB minimum! Do something Dropbox before I go back to SugarSync!

I am only sticking around sticking around here to see if you actually care and do something with this community thread about getting more than 3TB on a one-user personal account... Ruzzle Fruzzle!

I am a long-time user and my old thread on this subject with mega Ks of votes has been swept away. This is exactly the problem from way back that has NOT BEED SOLVED. C'mon Dropbox!!! Really?

If what you say may be true, it absolutely doesn't change the fact that Dropbox should offer Pro users to get as many extra TB they wish for an extra cost proportional to that additional storage.

Implementing this just takes a line of code, and would generate an extra line of revenue to Dropbox. So it just doesn't make any sense, especially as everyone's hard drive is nearing full capacity.

Not a viable option. Adding 5GB bonus and 5GB bonus there won't cut it. I need an extra 6TB, not an extra 10GB.

"You're getting much more with a Business license over a personal account. Extra space and other features aside, you also get access to additional support resources, including phone support. You're not just paying for more space."

As I said, I'm not interested in those extra features. Also, it creates a 3-user folder system that messed up my regular Pro folder structure, so I stopped the Business trial and am not interested in the Business offer.

I solely want to keep my Pro 3TB + 1TB extra account. But I need 10TB so please allow for more storage (Google Drive offers up to 30TB on individual storage for the same price as Dropbox ++)

Hi.

It seems after talking with the dropbox support team many times and looking online that I'm not the only one frustrated with the lack of add-on space within dropbox. The max you can go to as an individual is 3TB and you have to sign up for the teams (minimum 3 accounts) if you want more than 5TB of space.

Seems like dropbox are missing a trick here.

Any ideas if they are planning on introducing something like this soon?
