As a first step, can you please let me know what your account's plan tab is showing?
Also, did you start your trial directly through Dropbox, or within Apple/Google Store? Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, by any chance?

Hi it says I’m basic with zero option to cancel anything, I only have 1 Dropbox but I had to verify and confirm with a check on my bank for the subscription, it’s very weird, was all done online

Hi @R3alKrafty, do you happen to have any transactions or proof of the trial starting?
I'm asking, because we can switch to email, so you can then provide me that, in order to possibly locate the account.
