Have you tried www.dropbox.com/coupon ?
I beliebe codes have a certain validity period which you are informed about upon purchase.
Best thing to do is contact www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help. You need to do that while NOT logged in to any device or service including the forums. You may also want to speak to Dell support as they sold them.
