Can't update credit card info - need to change billing country

Hi all, I moved to a different country so am trying to update my credit card info but it keeps on getting declined because I can't change the credit card to one with a different currency. Only thin...

    That's exactly what you need to do. You can't change to a different currency on an active account.

     

    Cancel your current subscription. You'll retain your account benefits until your next billing cycle at which point your account will be downgraded to Basic. At that time you can resubscribe with the updated payment information. Just know that if you have any grandfathered add-ons that are no longer available (such as Pack Rat) you'll lose them.
